Boarding Request Once you have trained with us, you can bring your dog here for your boarding needs.This allows us to maintain the progress and overall structure you have been working hard on and keep your dogs on the right track. Rates: Boarding is $110 per day. Holiday’s will be an additional $25 per day. Drop off: Drop off at 3pm or after. You agree, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and that Kindred Dog PDX will not be liable for the actions of the dogs that are outside of the control of Kindred Dog PDX. You agree that the recommendation by Kindred Dog PDX of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or your satisfaction with that product or service. * In the event that your dog gets sick or needs veterinary care while in our care, you agree to reimburse Kindred Dog PDX for all vet bills associated with those visits. * You acknowledge that Kindred Dog PDX has no control over the Dog when the Dog is not in the exclusive custody, care, and control of Kindred Dog PDX, and Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Kindred Dog PDX harmless from and against any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss or damages caused by the actions of the Dog when the Dog is not in the sole custody, care and control of Kindred Dog PDX * I hereby assign and grant to Kindred Dog PDX the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me and/or my dog at any time during the boarding boarding of my dog by Kindred Dog PDX, and I hereby release Kindred Dog PDX from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication. I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, distribution, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, and/or electronic storage of any and all such photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) without limitation at the discretion of Kindred Dog PDX and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing. * Your dog will be staying at our facility, and not living in a padded room, your dog spends a good amount of time in the outside world doing lots of things around lots of natural objects, dirt, grass, cement, trees, fencing, bushes, swimming, interacting with lots of other dogs, and humans and it is likely that your dog is going to get scratched, bumped, bruised. Your dog will most likely get some wear and tear on them. Imagine when you went to summer camp for a few weeks, you get a little banged up from all of the activities. Things are bound to happen even though we have taken special care in designing our facility and maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness. You acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in pet training, boarding, and care. You release, indemnify, and agree to hold Kindred Dog PDX harmless from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, causes of actions or suits, whatsoever in law or equity, (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to the services provided by Kindred Dog PDX. * I understand this filling out this Boarding Dog Request and Contract is an offer and does not create a binding contract or guarantee the above dates/times for boarding are available.
